Cancellation Policy

No Show Booking Policy: At Munelle de Vie, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences for all our clients. In order to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate the needs of our valued customers, we have implemented the following no-show booking policy: Cancellation Procedure: We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to notify us of their cancellation within the specified time frame, a fee of $75 USD will be automatically charged. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for the scheduled appointment, as well as the inconvenience caused by the absence. Payment Process: The fee will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of booking. Clients will receive a notification confirming the charge and detailing the circumstances of the no-show. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
